If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we’re here to help.


You have 5 (FIVE) calendar days to express your dissatisfaction with the service you have been provided, starting from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a refund, you need to contact the person in charge, who gives you a REFUND NUMBER.


Once we have the number, we will notify you that we have received your REFUND REQUEST.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after studying the case.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
